Are you lacking in vitamin B12? It can occur if you lack a dietary intake which is commonly seen in vegan diets or the body is unable to absorb it from the gastrointestinal tract. It is essential for good health. Lacking this vitamin can cause symptoms such as poor sleep, tiredness, low mood, mouth ulcers, a sore tongue, pins and needles and poor memory. Certain medical conditions can cause a reduction in B12, therefore if deemed necessary an onward referral to your GP will be recommended.

Hyperhidrosis is sweating excessively that is not always related to heat or exercise. You may sweat so much that it soaks through your clothes. This may cause embarrassment and social anxiety. Botulinum toxin can be adminstered/injected under the arm pits to block the nerves that trigger sweat glands. A full consultation will be undertaken as excessive sweating can be a symptom of certain medical conditions or drug reactions. A onward referral to your GP will be advised in these situations.
